Great tech support

A special thanks to Neil, HP chat activity number 3250258 in helping me find the problem with my new HP Photosmart Premium Fax C309a multifunction printer.  Had driver problems and through a series of checks he helped me solve it.  Have to mention that these type of experiences mean so much to me as a consumer and certainly make a mark in selling the HP product line to customers like myself.  Great patience, technically astute and superb model/reflection of HP!
