HP FORUM--ease of use, responses...

This is the first time I've used the HP FORUM and it worked beautifully.  Easy to use (once I signed in properly) and I received a fast response with a solution to my problem.  I appreciated the forum e-mail notification letting me know someone had responded to my question.  I'm glad to find a spot where I can get answers for future questions since my computer is older and is no longer under warranty.  Thank you.  ljseaman
