Why must I sign in on the forum when I am already signed in with the same passport sign in info I use on the Home & Home Office page sign in?  Please make only one sign in requirement because that was the main reason for HP to have one "passport" password to use all of the HP sites/pages.

Thank you.

Hi, And welcome to the new consumer forum. Great to have you here.

The signon requirement is a double level security system. In order to make this system as secure as possible to protect your data, it requires the sign-on process we are using. We do have plans to improve this in the future, and hope that this will be a secure environment. Keep letting us know what is frustrating. We do want to know.

Thanks so much for posting your question here.

See you on the boards,

GarenT,

Thanks for your reply.  A single PassPort Sign In would simply simplify moving through all of HP product/support/forum pages. Thanks for the https sign in pages.

Good luck reaching that goal if security is not an issue.

The single Passport Login seems to be working now for the appropriate sections of HP.

Kudos!
