Dear HP,

 

Your Tech Support representative Irsan was just wonderful in setting up my printer problems.  He was patient, professional, kind, knowledgeable, considerate, and just overall stupendious with helping me.  He should be commended for a job well done.  Thank you again Insan and thank you Hewlett Packard!!!
