Honor what you say

Hp said they would send me return shipping labels a week later no labels I call they tell me I now have to pay shipping I have voice mail saying they will send return labels and an E-mail as well Oh sorry sir you should not have been told that if i was told once i might buy that but I have 2 confirmations telling me other wise Hp could be a lot better NOT I don't think this post will last long as all my post get removed
