Hello,

 

I want te register my laptop, and I have a problem when with the "Select your country/language". Every time I select Other - English, the site automatically jumps to United States - English.

 

I tried to create an account, and of course the account was created with County/Region US and if I go to "Your User Profile" and select to update my profile, I can not modify the County/Region.

 

 

How can a register my laptop with another county or region that is not listed in "Select your country/language"?  My region is Est Europe.

HP has been updating their web pages due to the recent release of Windows 10.  I would try again and if you still have an issue with registering your product, please contact HP support as they will be happy to assist you.
