How to restrict HP UCMDB to update HP Service Manager for a specific pattern of CIs or in other words, how to write a skip condition for a specific pattern of CI.
The changes need to be made from HP Service manager end only.

Hey @VKS1,

 

In November 2015 Hewlett Packard LLC. split into 2 different companies. HP Inc. (the company running this forum) and Hewlett Packard Enterprise. 

 

The product you are asking about is now supported by Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
