Hp Promised Refunds

On October 5 I was charged the $25 fee for assistance on an out of warranty produce. The Tech tried to solve my problem but was unsuccessful and with the approval of his supervisor promised to make a refund. He assigned Case No. 8043838028 to my case. I have not received the refund and after 2 phone calls the last being Nov.5. The Tech confirmed that the refund would be made on "You next billing cycle". To date no refund. Any suggestions on how to receive this refund or to reach someone in authority.

They promise all sorts of things, and hope that your frusration dealing with them will cause you to give up..I am so thoroughly disgusted with the customer service that I will never buy another HP product and will make sure all that I know do not either..it's a very sad state that their customer service is designed to screw you.

Tell me about it. I had an issue with my touch pad and I STILL have it and they wont fix it with out me paying $250 just so it can go to the CEOs new suit, watch or  a 5 star restruant with $20 dinners.
