I bought my Hp spectre x360 less then a month ago and it hasnt even left my house yet . I was working on it last night and woke up this morning to find a small crack on the screen ( directly above the right hinge) and im so angery!! Im only a student and was planning to take the very expensive laptop to uni with me next year and hoped it would last for atleast the 4 years while im there!! But No already a crack!! Is this a faulty manufacturing?! I need help!!

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

Exactly same problem. Woke up this morning to find crack on screen.

 

This is a £800 laptop.... i love my spectre and look after it really well. I was so confused but now see that many people have this issue.

 

Please tell me what HP are doing to solve it.
