Invalid Email support address

I send been sending issues regarding my desktop, but the message just can't go thru. What happen?? I am getting frustrated with it. Address is presario_support_en@mail.support.HP.com If the address is not in use please get rid of it and provide a valid email add. My limit is reaching my top

use pavilion_support_en@mail.support.hp.com instead. i don't think presario_support is used anymore.
