I love my new Spectre X360 except when I'm trying to open the laptop lid. The finger insert is so narrow, I have to use a nail (which gets dented) to open the top, and hold the base down. I know it's to maintain the very sleek appearance but it's difficult to open.
WIth the solid state drive, this machine is perfectly quiet, unlike my previous 7 year old Pavillion which always ran hot.
I'm an HP loyalist. I run my own small insurance and consulting business, and I'm able to do what I need using your laptops. Thanks for making great products.
