Hell - do I really need to be a computer geek to even post a question?? If I had any idea on which board to ask my question I probably would not have the question to begin with... maybe u could mark ur workshop with knowledge degree required so people don't waste their time registering for yet another useless website!

How can I ' permanently' stop my HP envy from zooming in and out???

Hi @Jhp24560,

Thanks for the post and Welcome to HP Forums.

I see you are looking to stop the computer from zooming in and out. Glad to help.

Have you enabled the pinch feature on your computer?

May I know the product number and the operating system on your computer?

Please refer to this Microsoft forums post for the procedure to disable the pinch and zoom feature that will stop your computer from zooming in and out.

Let me know how it goes.
