I was misled into buying Persario Notebook by the agent, who assured the price (RM1699.00)quoted covers all the software needed including Win 7. That was not true, they have given me a notebook loaded with Trial OS and Microsoft.
I lodged a report to HP in KL on 22nd Sept 2010 and the promises to return my call was all rubbish. No return call, and so far I have explain the whole case to 5 person in HP KL.
First, I have to explain to the operator, from there I got Jacqueline on the line. I was told to expect a call from the investigating team by 5pm.
I made another call the next day when the team didnt call. I got Ramy on the line. Explain again (3rd time). Ramy assured the Retailer Mgr will call me, no one call.
The next call was pick up by Roland, who said he understand my disappointment and he will call by 4pm the same day. No call. Today, 29 Sept 2010, I called HP KL, this time I got Anu, and as usual promise to return call on my report status. In 2 hours time HP KL office close for the day.
That is HP CUSTOMER SERVICE.
To reach the top guns in HP KL....! Near impossible, my phone bill is one issue, having to hold onto the line waiting for the operator, cust service and for them to contact the person responsible.
Its a real shame.....

It is a shame that HP agent have to use such practice to sell HP product and a a bigger shame that I have call was takenbeen pass around by HP KL.
