Resetting my password for hp.com

I just had to laugh, because I knew my password, I was sure of it, but had to go through getting the email to reset it. Tried to reset it to what I knew it was & got the error: Can't use the same password as last time! I suppose I could have typed it wrong several times, but . . .  hm. Transmission glitch?

every time i try to log on  the site always says my password is wrong so i keep resetting it to the same password this a site problem
