it states
Obey the law and keep your word. Don't post anything that would violate any law, or any contractual agreement that you have made.
So hypothetically
Does the contractural agreement apply to HP or the consumer, because under 1999/44/EC i interpret that the warranty that HP provides should be 2 years not 1years
