I'm trying to post a question on the consumer forum about the problem I am having w/my Officejet 6310 and the solution center software.  I type the message and click post and it says to fix the highlighted areas and NOTHING IS HIGHLIGHTED!!!  HP FAIL!!!

My HP Desk-jet Printer F2210 just stopped working !  All the lights were on ,but NOT blinking.  The bottom space read 8, which I assume meant  8 in queue.  I tried unplugging both the UBS cord and the cord connected to the wall socket---nothing worked. I even had the computer to reboot itself--Still nothing happened!  HELP!

I can see that this site is a waste of time. Perhaps it's time to bring this functionality back to the US before we buy from other providers.

How do I ask a question?

My HP 6500APlus prints my envelopes on the wrong (reverse side) despite my loading them according to directions.

BTW, my printer prints docs on both sides of the page... is this the problem?

The search provided me with the knowledge that many others are having the exact same issue as me when trying to install my new printer. No it didn't help because there wasn't a single response to any of the consumers on how to fix the issue.
