this dosent seem too be helping me nobody has awnsered my post so it like ive wasted two days tryen too fix a problem i cant seem too fix

I can understand if you feel/think there is some cause to edit my statement, because of "legal" concern; however, my post is not a rant, but legitimate concern about the nonexistent, 'Paper Jam' alert problem which disables 8500 Pro printer.
Like many others, I'd like to know what is beiing done about it? Is there a solution(s)?
Should I just throw the an entire piece of equipment away?

HP once sent me a postage free bag for returning used printer cartridges, I was wondering if they still do that or not.
If anyone knows please let me know how to get another. Thanks.
the people on scanned photos are fatter than original. what can I do

This support forum is a joke. When I wanted to post, I got a message saying I wasn't allowed to (what's the point of this forum, uh?). I entered "uninstall microsoft office" and received a "sorry" message saying there was no such animal in the forum. Again, very big help from HP TOTAL care!
