I inputted that I had an Officejet Pro 8500A Plus but when I then tried to do a seach on printing photos I got answers for all sorts of printers. So what is the point.
My issue is that when I pring B&W photos on glossy photo paper they come out with a blue tinge. I tried varions grayscale options.

I wrote regarding the failure of my printer to enlarge. I failed to mention that it is an hp Officejet 8500 . I did nor see anything in the questions &/or replys that would help me. Where do I go from here ? {Personal Information Removed}

These are very poor forums especially for a company like HP. There are many relevant questions, but few answers. Answers often refer to controls that do not exist and even simple adjustment that should be covered in an owners manual cannot be found.
Definately not a passing grade.

Searched on: "HP Officejet 5610v All-in-One offline". There was zero return, so I next will try different search terms.
My printer is turned on and the cable connecting it to my ACER netbook is secure at both ends. The page I want to print is listed in the queue, but tne printer's status is reported as "offline". I have used this printer with this netbook successfully for over a year. I am a 67 year old woman who is competent using word processing, photo editing, and spreadsheet applications, but I who is semi-ignorant about maintenance and troubleshooting. Can someone suggest what action I should take? Thanks.

Hi all,
If you aren't finding an answer to your question you should post a topic on your own and someone may be able to assist you.
If you are having trouble posting a new topic, you can go to the home page and either find the forum you are looking for, or click on the black button at the top of the page that says New Post. It will give you a drop down list of forums you can post to under "Select a Board", just pick the one that you think fits your topic best.
I hope this helps,
SunshineF
