Sending Formal Complaints

While speaking with a technician over the phone, I asked for the place I could send a formal complaint regarding my customer service experience. I was given the email address 6.hp@directhp.com. When I just attempted to send the email, it was returned to me as a failure.

 

What is the correct address to send this to?
