Using this support site is a "challenge" at best. Navigation is cumbersome, and some functions - such as resetting a password - sent me into an error loop with no way out. I received an e-mail from HP indicating I had a response to my issue, but getting back there seems to be a challenge.
But then again, there rest of the HP Support is Charge - even on warantee questions!
