Hi HP, 

Can you do a video section please. You guys really really need this. Video troubleshooting guide, video what the drivers do, cause I dont dont know what half of the drivers of do, well most of them, things that might be great addition to our laptops/computers/phones etc and make sure you guys have in the explanation setion what op system its good for and models etc...

 

Plus how come you guys dont do videos on up and new coming products. We buy only HP products (and epic Sony). And would like to see whats up and coming and why its so great.

 

How come you dont do videos on how to use a computer and what each function is for. Allot of oldies dont know waht ram is let alone clearing cache, only need to look on fb to see all the gamers complaining about issues that has nothing to do with their gaming, but everythng to do with they computers.
