WHY HP DOES NOT GIVE PROPER EDU. AND EXPOSURE TO ITS AUTHORISED TECHNICAL STAFF AT FIELD IN INDIA

It is supprising that most of HP'S authorized technical staff  at field performing physical repair in fast growing city of India is  not a technical competent person to perfom repair.  That is why while dessembling the machine for repair they brake the other working parts.
