I bought a printer on 1st July 2012. The date on the invoice was 07/01/2012 (in mm/dd/yyyy format). The service center at HP claimed that the date was "wrong" and they use that excuse to not give me the backpack that was part of the deal when I bought the computer. Clearly this is a fraud. When I write back asking why the bag was not sent, I just get one-liners saying that the date is "wrong". Either the people who write the responses are dumb/stupid or they are doingthis on purpose. Is HP India now using these tactics to save costs in India? Sure beats sacking employees!!! Ramkumar
