I've got charger for HP ProBook 4420s in the month of November which has a warranty period of one year..  After one month the charger starts to have some loose connection . And now i found my adapter box is getting opened and the also it stopped working. I went to the dealers for a replacement they denied to give the same saying they cann't because of the physical damage... (even i found the damage the previous day) ..  CAN I CLAIM FOR A REPLACEMENT ?? cause right now i can't afford to get a new charger ... please reply asap

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
