I would just like to thank the employees of 805-984-0849.  this people are awesome when it comes to helping out.  I was having trouble connecting my printer to my pc and called helpline and JASON and his Super SANDY.  I could not ask for a better assistance.  jason have the patience of wanting to do the job and do it right....Thanks guys you really showed what a customer service really means. 

Again kudos to all and keep up the good work.

no dear, its AMAZING. awesome is a little strong for something you should be able to do yourself.

your pc should auto install your printer. when everything else fails, follow the instructions.
