i cannot access my account

I cannot log into my account!  I know my e-mail and my password.  when I try on first page it says e-mail/and/or password not right.  So then I try to have them send me a password and it ways tht the e-mail is not registered.  so i tried to register it and it says this e-mail is already in use?

Hi bobs8216,

 

What account are you trying to sign into?  It seems that you are able to post under your registered account on the forum.  If you are trying to sign into an HP account, you may want to contact their support team using the following url:
