i have been on here for almost 35 hours and i came in with 2 rather easy problems and have not had one of your techs, smart enough to solve a problem. i dont see the expertise. and this hp.com site sucks. the microsoft.com site has most of my and everybodys needs met, quick and easy. seemless and efficient. i dont even have to talk to a person or "tech". i will go and not come back...3 added colors and a pacman game...not worth the hype....i aint a computer tech wiz...
