support forum screen names is wrong

My screen name is wrong.  I specified my screen name to be "Jimmy-Jay" but Midler got tacked onto the end.  That came from a question asking me to enter the letters I saw in an image to stop non-human interaction with the support forum.

 

I looked all over for "my account" or something like that to go into to fix.

 

How can I fix this?

How do I change my screen name too? I want to change it to "Chhaya Zade".
