what happens if i get spam mail claiming to give placement in hewlett-packard?

I have received a mail from the following id:syamly@coupncode.info obviously a fake email asking me to submit my resume "Get Shortlisted for the right job in Hewlett-Packard" and there is a link in the email which I did not open. I thought I will report this to you.

Not always true Silverdome50, there are a lot of noisy HP printers but they are usually old.

By the way, just ignore the email as it is just a random scam like the Telephone "Virus" scam that supposedly comes from Microsoft

Hope this helps

You should immediately delete and disregard obvious spam emails for your own protection.  Spammers can be pretty crafty these days phishing for your information.
