Hello@PETERCOLLERAN,

Welcome to the HP Support Forums!  It is a great place to find the help you need, from other users, HP experts, and other support personnel.

Need assistance in fixing the video card issue on the PC. Did I get it right?

I would like you to share more about the issue by answering the following questions in order to help you with the right solution.

  1. Have you removed old video card’s driver (AMD Radeon R5 330 graphics card)?
  2. Have you updated the video card driver for the new one?
  3. Do you have any errors while using any graphic intensive applications like Games

Hope this solves the issue you have experienced. Please let me know more.
