HP Omen 870-116na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Yesterday I bought a HP Omen from Currys st Crown Point in Leeds. As part of the sale I was told that after 30 days I could claim a free xbox controller and I would be able to (immediately) claim 4 free games of my choice with the product (the free games were advertised on the sale sticker on display, we took a photo of it while in the store).

The salesman told me the codes might be in the box, but they are not there (possibly because it was a display model). I rang Currys up and they said I would be able to redeem the games through the HP website as it is a HP promotion, but I can't find where to do this.

Anyone help with this issue?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.

They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number.
Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact.

Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
