I recently bought an HP Omen 15 about 3 months ago and its been working fine for those times, I have been able to play my games with little lag but just today went I was trying to play Dota 2, it was lagging very bad. I checked on the Unigine Valley program the laptop came with and I was getting 2 fps. I looked through my control panel and I havent found any viruses or anything to lag my computer. I dont know if this is just a temporary problem, or if it is something wrong with my PC. Also I'm not much of a technology guy is here is the link to the PC with all the specs and stuff. http://www.amazon.com/HP-Laptop-Intel-NVIDIA-GeForce/dp/B00O0M750W/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1443655999...

Hi @oelsayed,
Thank you for visiting the HP Forums! A great place where you can find solutions for your issues with help from the community!
I came across your post about the Notebook, and wanted to assist you! I have looked into your issue about your HP Omen 15 and slow performance while playing certain games in Windows 10.Try performing a hard reset.
When performing a hard reset please note remove any and all USB devices. Disconnect all non-essential devices.
This will terminate any programs that might be running in the back ground slowing things down.
You could try using the Windows Update Troubleshooting tool to fix any updates that have not come through for Windows 10. Please restart the Notebook twice to make sure all update have been completed!
Here is a document that might help. It shows many thing to help with performance.
Please let me know how this goes.
Thanks.
