Sound is same as distortion in the phone line even when the speakers are off.Its really annoying and its been 2 days since I bought this,the seller wont take it back or replace .Its in international warranty.

There might be an issue with the wiring inside the laptop.

 

Ensure you don't plug the laptop into the wall bracket as it might cause an electric surge. 

 

I advice you take it to a local laptop repairer to check the wiring.

 

Once again don't plug the charger into the wall bracket. 😊
