hp pavilion 15- au018wm
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

so my hp pavilion 15 au018wm has been acting up recently to started to run slow last night i've tryed ccleaner avg avast malware bytes to fix the problem but it's still slow i love this pc and don't wanna see it die after 2 months i'm wiping windows rn but it's stuck at 35% so if you any idea how to fix this plz tell me

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer was running slow and you are performing a recovery on the computer and it is stuck at 35%.

 

I’d love to help!

 

I recommend you to hard shutdown the computer and restart it and check whether the recovery process resumes. If it doesn’t, follow the steps in the below article and perform recovery.
