I use HP OpenView Servicecenter, for a long time now, and after all these years, it is still bugged. When logging an incident, manytimes HPSC crashes, by clicking F5 to refresh, login on screen appears, logging in and supprise , supprise ... YOU ARE ALLREADY Logged, and then you have to wait for ONE AND A HALF HOURs till your account is unlocked again.
ONE AND A HALF hours... , this is just one of the many flaws of this product.
What a piece of crap application this is , HPSC is an an excercise in Frustration, I can't wat that to see this software replaced by sominthing which is Working properly.
