I am trying to set up a password for wifi direct printing but no where in my set up guide does it tell me how to do so. I am in college and I live in a dorm so I do not want everyone getting access to print from my printer. How can I do so?

Hi,
If your printer has an LCD front panel, access the wireless setup wizard and scroll through the menus until you find the wireless direct menu. You should be able to find a menu option called "wireless direct security" or something to that effect. When you turn this on it will put a wifi direct password in place.
To find your wifi direct password (the password that you will need to enter to connect to the printers wifi direct signal) yuousually hold down the wireless direct password button the front panel for a few seconds and it should print out.
