Hi, my AiO remote app won't print (unable to read image).  I am trying to print from my camera roll on iPad Pro which I have done hundreds of times before.  Any ideas or help welcome, thanks.

Hey @Jenny444, Thanks for reaching out. I would love to help!

I understand you have issues using our HP AIO Remote app on your iPad.

I would request you to turn off your printer, router, and your iPad.

1: Turn on your Wireless router and wait till it initializes

2: Turn on your printer and wait till it completes the boot process.

3: Turn on your iPad and check if you can use the AIO app.

If this doesn't work, I would request you to uninstall and re-install the AIO app on your iPad and let me know if this helps you fix the issue.

Thanks for your help - didnt think about switching off router so will definitely try that.

Turned everything off and switched back on as you suggested and still isn't working properly.  It will print some images and not others.  These are images I have printed several times before.  Also deleted and re-installed app and no improvement.  Can you think of anything else I could try?
