When I try to print from my iPhone 7+ or my iPad Pro, using AirPrint, I get a box that says "contacting printer". That box stays on and nothing prints.
sometimes when I try it, it will allow me to print one page. Then on the next print request, contacting printer come on and stays for several minutes. When it goes off, nothing prints.
I have tried to turn everything of and turn it all back on... it then allows me to print one page and I get the same error message.
If I try to print wirelessly from my laptop, there is no problem.
Could you please help me?

Welcome to the HP Support Forums!
Even though it states it's for a 'No AirPrint Printers Found' message, I go to Printing with Apple AirPrint > FAQs > What if a 'No AirPrint Printers Found' message displays on my ...then follow the on-screen steps to troublshoot the issue.
Let me know if that helps!
