Product: Deskjet 2540 series
Operating System: macOS 10.12 Sierra

I cannot find the printer claim code nor printer email, so I can add my printer to HP connected. 

I have followed the steps online but after getting to the EWS page there is no Web services tab and I can't find the information page to print.

 

Can you advise me on what I'm doing wrong or how to solve the problem.

Hi,

The HP Deskjet 2540 does not support HP ePrint and thereofre don't have any Claim Code and cannot be added to HP Connected.

 

You may find its Mobile printing capability sepcifications below:
