Hi,

Click the ePrint icon, then tap Settings and select Remove Web Services.

Click once again the ePrint icon and follow the steps to re-enable web services, a new information sheet with a valid claim code will be printed.

Regards,

Shlomi

I have a HP Officejet 4635.  The claim code expired.  To get a new one, instructions imply to: "turn off web services."  I'm not sure how to do that.  There is no "ePrint" icon.
