Thank you for posting on the hp.com forums regarding your issue.
Could you please clarify what email confirmation you are receiving that contains a link you are trying to click?
Is it a verification link from a website that you were registering at? If so, what website?
If this is a password reset link, have you tried cutting and pasting the link into your browser?
In either case, I would try cutting and pasting the link into your browser and seeing if this will solve the issue. Also, try clearing your browser cache.
If the link is not clickable from your email client, what OS are you using? If windows 8, are you using the app? Can you open the email in via the browser and see if it is clickable in that environment?
