I am not a teckie at all , I am having a hard time removing the old IP address from my office jet printer  I have been working on this for a month, would really appreciate step by step  on how to .  My phone company ATT could not even help me when they set my internet up.

Still having trouble needing to disable ip address from printer in order to put in new ip address  Set up > webservices does not work it just sends you around until you come back where you started.
