Hi,

 

You need new firmware for it. Please download and install the following firmware:

 

   http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/ps7520/PS_7520_R1607A.exe

The new fireware posted in the 11/28/2016 fixed teh problem of the web services not connecting.
