I bought a HPENVY 4504 ex display model from an E Bay shop. It's in excellent condition and works great. I tried to add the printer to a HP Connected account but is says it is already registered. I contacted the seller and they suggest I contacted HP. Any suggestions to get it added?

Hi,
Click the HP ePrint icon if you can find that on screen and then select Remove Web Services and confirm.
Then locate web services on your printert and re-enable Web Services.
You should then be able to print a new claim code that will allow you to claim the printer.
