So, HP doesn't have an official support forum for this software? Smiley Sad

Hi Lynn.

Can you explain what you mean by printing an app? What exactly do you want to print? What type of printer do you have?

Please let us know and we'll try to help.

Thank you,

HP Photo Creations b19192,55721 Problems

Hello.

Yesterday, I just up(grad/dat)ed my HP Photo Creations to b19192,55721. However, I am having problems hangs with its animated wait mouse cursor icon and Windows Internet Explorer's dialog boxes:

"Stop running this script?

A script on this page is causing Internet Explorer to run slowly. If it continues to run, your computer might become unresponsive. [Yes] [No]"

I am using an very old, updated Windows XP Pro SP3 machine with its Internet Explorer v8.0. I never had this problem with the older versions. What's wrong? Where can I get the older versions that didn't have this problem?

Thank you in advance. Smiley Happy

Windows XP?

Hello.

According to https://shop2.rocketlifeproduction.com/hpfe6fd34b208847e8f8254b9be96e8c4c/catalog.html?ocat=%2F3%2Ff... , it says HP Photo Creations b19192,55721 needs Vista or higher, but it ran on my very old, updated Windows XP Pro SP3 machine. How come it installed and ran?

Thank you in advance. Smiley Happy

Re: Windows XP?

Hi Antdude.

Yes, Windows XP is not officially supported, but may work. HP Photo Creations updates itself automatically on launch, so there is no old version; everyone has the latest version.

Script errors are usually caused by a conflict with Internet Explorer. We recommend resetting Internet Explorer to fix that.  Here's how. (The details may vary slightly for IE8.)

  1. Make sure to have all windows and programs closed.
  2. Open Internet Explorer and select the Tools (gear icon) menu.
  3. Click on Internet Options.
  4. Select the Advanced tab.
  5. Click the Reset button (bottom of window).
  6. Click the OK button to close Internet Options
  7. Close Internet Explorer and then reopen Internet Explorer.
  8. Select the Tools menu.
  9. Click on Internet Options.
  10. On the General tab under Browsing history, click on Settings.
  11. On the Temporary Internet Files tab, click on View Files.
  12. Delete all contents in this folder, then close the window.
  13. Close all Internet Explorer windows by clicking OK.

Thank you for using HP Photo Creations,

RocketLife

P.S. — These details are in the PDF version of the FAQ at the link you cited.

Thanks. I did those already. I guess it is a Windows XP issue. Smiley Sad Is there an offline version? I only need to create my own stuff locally without the Internet connection.
