when I run eprint it takes a long time to find the printers, when it is ok paper roll icon as well the print icon stay in ghost form. Also sometimes it does not read a scaned pdf file. Any help please?

When you launch the ePrint & share printing tool, it has to check the printer you have installed via driver on your OS.
The general search process take some time. If you type your printer's IP address, the process is faster.
As a workaround, you could install your printer's driver, then you won't have to search the printer and it will be available on the printer list.
Regarding the print icon in ghost form: the cause use to be a paper roll size not supported. When the roll size is not supported, the paper roll cannot be selected and the print button is not available.
Regarding the scanned PDF file, could you contact us on our support email address firstname.lastname@example.org ?
