HP Deskjet 4515
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have recently been facing an issue with my Deskjet 4515 on a windows 8.1 PC.

After a software update (or not sure if it happened alone)  the scanning wouldn't work, whenever i clicked the scan button from the software it would say HP Deskjet 4510 series not connected, although, it would print normally. When i tried clicking scan from the printer itself and choosing my PC I would get same error message: "HP 4510 series printer not found".

I have tried uninstalling and installing the printer several times but to no avail. Hope someone has found solution for this issue.

Thank you
