Hi,

 

We have around 15 printer with eprint capability. Out of those the service was configured on 2-3 to help guest print stuffs. One fine day, the eprint service stopped working and after that we tried many-many things/workarounds but it never worked. Now, the printer on hpconnected site says "offline". The issue is with HP LJ 4555 and M880. I tried chaning the DNS to google and checking the proxy etc but nothing helped. in the wireshark logs it was found out that the traffic is getting denied due to certificate error. 

Does anyone know if any CA certificate is required to make this work.
