I use my HP e-print address very often for work to print on my printer in my truck and lately whenever I email to it it pops up saying that my emails violate HPs security or policy settings and will not send through to my printer

Hi - I am really strruggling with HPePrint on my HP Laptop. It simply fails to print to my new HP 6970 All in one printer.

I recently decided to accept HP's offer to use their INk delivery service and by doing so HP Installed HPeprint on my Laptop. Now I cannot use the old printer driver, I cannot change back to it. HPePrint never seems to print. I have spent valuable hours scrolling through HP's forums and support tools all to no avail.

All that seems to happen when I try to print is that I get an error message that my printer is not validated? What on earth is that about?

HELP PLEASE.

Richard
