Have just recently moved and in doing so have got a new computer and a new internet provider. With the new internet provider comes a new router. When I try and connect my printer to the wifi network I am unable to do so as it doesnt show up in the search results. Therefore unable to add it to the network so can't print using airprint or even over wifi... any suggestions? I have tried to add the SSID manually but still it doesn't pick it up. I am at my wits end... any suggestions???!!

Hi,
What router do you have?
If it is a Dual Band router, be sure to enable 2.4GHz WiFi broadcast as the printer do not support a 5GHz band, a such may prevent the printer from seeing your network.
Is the wireless router within the range of the printer?
Ensure it is not too far, as well as not too close, it is recommended not to place the printer less than 1-2 meters away from the router..

Hi. Thank you for the response. I wasn't aware of the two different channels the router could have. However after your reply I logged into my router and was able to have the two channels as viewable and now everything is working as it should do. Thanks again.
